April 1-deadline for submitting the safety plan and have it approved including item 14, roster submission
District dues have been carried over from 2020 payments.

In accordance with the district’s by-laws, both of these deadlines must be met or a league becomes ineligible to host any all star tournament which includes at the district level and above
